🌎 Time Zones

All appointment times are displayed in your local time zone automatically by Cal.com. Please double-check that your device time is set correctly.

🛜 Session Requirements

Please ensure you have a stable internet connection, working camera & microphone, and access to Google Meet prior to the session start time. Please be aware that all appointments are fulfilled through Google Meet. If this is an issue, please reach out to me prior to booking.

🎥 Recording Policy

Recording of sessions is not permitted unless written permission is provided by The Fly Guy-TFG Flies.

📅 Rescheduled Appointments & Cancellations

All appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment

time free of charge. If the cancellation or reschedule time is outside of the above-mentioned time

window, a $10 (USD) reschedule/cancellation fee will be charged to your utilized payment

method. Each cancellation or reschedule, outside of the above outlined time window, will result

in a $10 (USD) charge upon each occurrence. Any no show for any appointment (without

contact made) will be charged an additional $25 on top of the scheduled services purchased and no refunds will be issued. Any other scheduling issues will be handled on a case-by-case basis. First-time clients are given a one-time courtesy waiver for late arrival or reschedule fees. Please be aware that if you cancel or reschedule, there may be a delay in the new appointment booking as each appointment defaults to the first available time slot. Please contact me if there is a unique scheduling concern that needs to be discussed prior to booking.

🕰️ Late Policy

Please respect the appointment time slot that you have booked. If you are late for a booking and

life happens, please make contact as soon as possible to make arrangements. If you are more than

15 minutes late for a scheduled appointment, you will be asked to reschedule and a $10

reschedule fee will be charged as previously mentioned above. If there is a legitimate technical

problem that affects the appointment from either side (you or The Fly Guy-TFG Flies), this fee

will not be charged.

💳 Payment Policy

Payment is collected at the time of booking through Cal.com via Stripe. All services must be paid in full prior to the start of the session.

💸 Refunds

Refunds will be issued as soon as any applicable arrangements have been discussed/made and

the delivery time of refunded money is based upon the user payment method and/or bank. The

Fly Guy-TFG Flies is not responsible for refund delays which are based upon user payment

method or bank.

🌟 The Fly Guy-TFG Flies is not unreasonable and makes every attempt to accommodate busy lives and schedules. Communication is key. If something comes up and life happens, please reach out and I will make sure to accommodate you within reason and to the best of my ability.
